Bury St. Edmunds Cricket Club Golf Day
Bury St Edmunds Cricket Club is one of Suffolk’s most prominent and successful cricket clubs. The facilities enjoyed at the Victory Sports Ground are amongst the very best in the region, the club runs 4 Saturday, 2 Sunday, women, girls and many junior teams during the cricket season. The club also supports disabled players.
The club is grateful to the many volunteers who make running the club possible. The Golf Day is possible thanks to the support of Flempton Golf Club in providing an excellent course and to the sponsors and teams of supporters who attend to help provide important support to the cricket club.
The Annual Golf Day is an opportunity to enjoy an afternoon’s golf, make new friends and help maintain the cricket club for years to come.
Proceeds from the day will go toward essential costs of operating the cricket club.

Competition Format
• 18 Hole Team Event on Handicap (Played off men's card)
• Team of Four (men, ladies or mixed)
• Starting Times 12.30pm onwards
• Club Handicaps with Maximum allowance of 20 for Men and 28 for Ladies
• From each team of 4 with 3 player scores to count on stableford against handicap
• Any teams of 3 will also be accommodated with an adjusted handicap
• Tees: Men off yellow, Ladies off reds.
• Winning Team with the highest aggregate net score for 18 holes.
• Other Prizes Include Longest Drive and Nearest the Pin

Catering Arrangements
All competitors are welcome to take advantage of the clubs catering facilities. Prior to the competition, the Club serves a range of lunch options which can be purchased.

A 2-course dinner or vegetarian option will be provided to all participants after the golf. Additional guests for dinner are available if booked in advanced at £20 per head.
